Prerequisite: Nutrition and Wellness 11

 

This course allows further development of skills in food preparation.  Class units consist of bread making, pastries, cakes, candy, pasta dishes, microwave cooking and meals.  Also included in course content is an in-depth look at nutrients and the influences on food choices.  There will be a lab fee charged for this class.  Open to students who have met prerequisite
