Troubleshooting Tips

If you are using the mobile SMARTboard and cart ONLY

Red light - Your board is not connected - make sure the power cord on the back of the board is plugged in

Green light - flashing
Your wireless connection between the board and computer is not "connecting".  Unplug the power cord on the board, plug back in
NEXT - unplug the wireless USB connector and plug back in (this will be on the back of the presentation computer - it will look like a flash drive) It may be plugged directly in the USB port on back - or on a USB extension cable (as shown in picture)

Things not lining up?

If things are NOT matching up when writing or trying to click (you click on one thing, but something else opens) then you need to give a "Peace to the board"
Touch the 2 buttons on the front and re-orient your board.  You can re-orient any time - no need to close a lesson - you won't lose a thing!  After you orient it will pop back to your lesson!
