This course is the first of a series for the motivated student who intends to pursue a course of study in mathematics, science, or a mathematics related field.  This course introduces the fundamentals of Algebra such as the simple equation, line fundamentals and quadratic equation.  Algebra I C may be taken during the 8th grade year by special permission of the New Castle Middle School Mathematics Department.
