what do you do when you have a customer come in and order something and you get the order right but they still want to complain?

There's nothing you can do but get your manager and explain what happened and hope they understan. I know its not fun at all but its what I've always done in those situations and it normally works out for the best.

If they are complaing and getting crappy, then i would say go and get a mananger and have them figure it out.
